List your upcoming event on the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) today for FREE! To list your event you must first register as a user of myATDW by creating an account to manage your ATDW listing. Click here to register now! 

Is my event eligible?

Eligible events must provide a direct service or experience to the leisure tourist. Events includes activities which are scheduled events, may be once only, annual, biennial, biannual, weekly, fortnightly etc. Events can be local, minor, or major events but must be leisure tourist focused.

Your event must fall under one of the following classifications:

• Exhibitions and Shows – including agricultural, local and regional shows, motor shows etc.
• Festivals and Celebrations – including seasonal, sporting, cultural, music or art festivals.
• Markets – including food markets, flea markets, farmer’s markets, bric a brac, etc.
• Performances – including song, dance, theatre, etc.
• Sporting Events – both spectator and participatory
• Classes, Lessons, Workshops – including arts/crafts, dance, music, painting, pottery, boat-building and/or cooking.

How do I get on board?

1. Click the button ‘List your Event for FREE’ at the top of this page to register as an ATDW user.
2. Within three working days, you will receive an email with your username, password and an activation link for your account.
3. Once you have clicked on the link to activate your account, you can log on via myATDW and create your listing.

Keep in mind that it can take between 20 minutes to one hour to create an ATDW listing. If you run out of time, you can save the changes and return to finalise your event details at a later point in time. Your listing isn’t complete until you click ‘Submit’ at the top of your page.

7. ATDW monthly Website Performance Reports showing top page views, keywords and the most popular distributor websites. These are available now once you log in to myATDW.

 Items to have ready:

• Description of your event – maximum 150 words
• Event dates
• Entry cost
• Venue details
• Social Media links – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
• At least one image of your event. Note: text or logos on the images are not permitted.

Have you previously listed your event on ATDW?

If you have created your own event listing or remember filling out our event registration form in past years, it is best to update that existing event listing in ATDW rather than creating a new one.

Log in to myATDW with your username and password and click ‘View and Update My Product Details’. If your event has expired and you wish to update it for the following year you should click on ‘Renew your listing’. This will take you to the Brochure View where you can click on the edit button in the left hand corner of specific sections you would like to edit.
